These weekly Mindfulness Meditation Session are designed to help maintain a regular Mindfulness Meditation practice. It is suitable for beginners and people who have some meditation practice and who have completed our Meditation courses and to provide ongoing support, motivation and general revision of the different aspects of Meditation practice.

What is Mindfulness?
Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn defines mindfulness as
"Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally."
The cultivation of mindfulness has roots in Buddhism, utilising a mediation technique that helps shift your thoughts away from your usual preoccupations and toward an appreciation of the present moment – facilitating a feeling of calmness within yourself and a larger view/perspective on life.
Mindfulness Training for Individuals
This is suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to manage feelings and thoughts of stress & anxiety. Mindfulness is a useful tool to assist you in developing and maintaining your health and well-being & can be used to help manage pain & chronic health conditions.
Appointments can be made for individual consultations to teach you Mindfulness Techniques that are practical and easy to learn and use.
