Based on their 2010 Book Meditation An In-Depth Guide, this comprehensive 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) course will enable you to understand the theory and practice of Mindfulness. Each week we look at a different aspect of Mindfulness; including theory & discussion as well as learning the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.
